शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Level-2: 12th (+2stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate from a recognized Board. 50% marks are not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates or where the candidates possess higher qualification i.e. Graduation/ Post Graduation etc from a Recognized University.
Level-1: 10th pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT or 10th pass plus ITI (For Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and S&T department and Catering wing) OR 10th pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 30 Years.

Application Fee:
The examination fee is Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) for all candidates except those mentioned in sub-para 9.2 below with a provision for refunding 400/- to those who are found eligible as per the notification and who actually appear in the written exam after deducting the bank charges.
The examination fee is Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)/Women/Transgender/Minorities and Economic Backward Classes with a provision for refunding the same to those who are found eligible as per the notification and who actually appear in the written exam after deducting the bank charges.

पश्चिम मध्य रेल 01 अप्रैल 2003 को अस्तित्व में आया जिसका मुख्यालय जबलपुर है. पमरे को मध्य रेल के जबलपुर, भोपाल मंडल एवं पश्चिम रेलवे के कोटा मंडल को मिलाकर गठित किया गया. यह रेलवे भारतीय रेल का हृदय है क्योंकि इसमें दिल्ली-मुम्बर्इ राजधानी मार्ग का प्रमुख मार्ग, दिल्ली-चैन्ने ट्रंक मार्ग एवं मुम्बर्इ- हावड़ा मार्ग शामिल हैं. यह रेलवे उत्तरी क्षेत्र को पश्चिम एवं दक्षिण क्षेत्र से जोड़ती है साथ ही भारत के पश्चिमी क्षेत्र को पूर्वी क्षेत्र से जोड़ती है.
पमरे के कुल ट्रैक कि.मी. का 73 प्रतिशत मध्य प्रदेश में, 25 प्रतिशत राजस्थान में एवं 2 प्रतिशत उत्तर प्रदेश में है. पमरे में कुल 2964.4 रूट कि.मी है जिसमें 1570 रूट कि.मी. विधुतीकृत है. महत्वपूर्ण मूल यातायात में सीमेंट, किलंकर तथा खाद शामिल हैं. सीमेंट एवं किलंकर का लदान जबलपुर मंडल के सीमेंट उधोग क्षेत्र में पड़ने वाले स्टेशनों- झुकेही, मैहर, सतना, दमोह, तुर्की रोड, हिनौता रामबन और ब्यौहारी तथा कोटा मंडल के लाखेरी, दाड़देवी, मोडक स्टेशनों से की जाती है.
