शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Programme Assistant:-
1. Bachelors’ degree in Agriculture or any other branch of science/ social science relevant to agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
2. Desirable: One year अनुभव in the relevant field

Stenographer:-
1. Essential - 12th Class Pass or Equivalent from recognized Board/ University.
2. Professional efficiency: The candidates will be given one dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 50 minutes on computer and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes on computer.
3. Desirable: One year अनुभव in the relevant field

Level-4 to Level-6 Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 30 years.

The two heads worked together from the beginning to plan and execute suitable programmes at the Rural centre. In the year 1974, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) mooted the idea of establishing Krishi Vigyan Kendras (Farm Science Centers) as innovative institution for imparting training to the farmers / farm women, rural youth and field level extension functionaries and observed that the establishment of Krishi Vigyan Kendras was of national importance which would help in accelerating the agricultural production and also in improving the socio-economic condition of the farming community.

The assistance received from the ICAR to establish a Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Vivekanandapuram Rural Centre on 2 nd May, 1979 paved the way for further strengthening the programmes undertaken.
