शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Assistant: A Bachelor's Degree from any recognized Institute/University. Two Year अनुभव as Junior Assistant/Equivalent posts in University/Research Establishment/Central State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in reputed private Companies/corporate banks with a minimum annual turnover of at least Rs.200/- Crores or more. Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm or Speed in Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm.
Junior Assistant: A Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board / University / Institution. Having a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through Computers.
Laboratory Assistant (Chemistry): Should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent examination with relevant Science Subject OR Graduate with relevant subject.
Laboratory Attendant (Chemistry): Should have passed 10th or an equivalent examination with science subjects from recognized board.
Laboratory Attendant (Physics): Should have passed 10th or an equivalent examination with science subjects from recognized board.
Library Attendant: Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Government recognized Institution. Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science from a recognized Institution.

Level-4 Per Month
आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 32 Years.

श्याम लाल कॉलेज की स्थापना स्वर्गीय पद्म श्री श्याम लाल गुप्ता, अध्यक्ष, श्याम लाल चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट द्वारा वर्ष 1964 में की गई थी। कॉलेज की आधारशिला भारत के तत्कालीन माननीय उपराष्ट्रपति और कुलाधिपति स्वर्गीय डॉ। जाकिर हुसैन ने रखी थी। 24 मई 1964 को दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के।
इवनिंग कॉलेज ने 8 सितंबर, 1969 से काम करना शुरू किया। अपनी स्थापना के बाद से, यह दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के पूर्ण घटक कॉलेजों में से एक है, जो हर साल 1500 से अधिक छात्रों को वाणिज्य और मानविकी में ज्ञान प्रदान करता है। कॉलेज अपनी विभिन्न शैक्षणिक और सह-पाठयक्रम गतिविधियों जैसे छात्रों और शिक्षकों की शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों, नवाचार परियोजनाओं, फ्लावर शो, स्पोर्ट्स, इको-क्लब, एनसीसी, एनएसएस और गांधी स्टडी सर्कल के लिए चर्चा में रहा है।
