शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Tech/B.E
REC PDCL is looking forward to engage professionals having अनुभव in Power Transmission Sector in various disciplines on Fixed Tenure Basis initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended further depending upon the performance & requirement of the project.
i. The place of posting will depend on the project requirements and shall be communicated at the time of interview/ joining. The post wise details of the vacancies are given as under
1. Position: Sr. Executive (Tech.) L5
2. Numbers required/ vacancy break up: 1 (UR)
3. Minimum Essential educational qualification(s): Regular full time B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.
4. Minimum years of Post Qual. exp.: 13 Yrs
5. Nature of अनुभव: Should have अनुभव in Contract Management for EHV Substations and Transmission Lines. अनुभव of 06-07 yrs in Power Transmission System Projects of 220 Kv and above is preferable.
6. MCP (Monthly Consolidated pay): 1,35,000/-
1. Position: Executive (Tech.)- (Inspection) L4
2. Numbers required/ vacancy break up: 5 (3- UR, 1-EWS, 1- ST)
3. Minimum Essential educational qualification(s): Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.
4. Minimum years of Post Qual. exp.: 10 Yrs
5. Nature of अनुभव:
i. Should have अनुभव in inspecting Electrical equipment viz. Power Transformers, GIS equipment, indoor & outdoor substation equipment, lattice structures, cables, conductors for Transmission System Projects.
ii. Preference shall be given to candidates having अनुभव of at least 05-06 years’ in quality assurance and Inspection of above equipments in 220 kV & above Transmission System Projects.
iii. Should have अनुभव in Transmission System Projects for 132kV and above.
6. MCP (Monthly Consolidated pay): 1,12,000/-
1. Position: Dy. Executive (Tech.)- (Civil) L3
2. Numbers required/ vacancy break up: 1 (UR)
3. Minimum Essential educational qualification(s): Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.
4. Minimum years of Post Qual. exp.: 6 Yrs
5. Nature of अनुभव: Should have rich अनुभव in executing Civil Works for EHV Substations and Transmission Lines i.e., foundation, roads, buildings, transmission line foundations etc.
6. MCP (Monthly Consolidated pay): 85,000/-
1. Position: Dy. Executive (Tech.)- (BD) L3
2. Numbers required/ vacancy break up: 2 (1- UR, 1- EWS)
3. Minimum Essential educational qualification(s): Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA
4. Minimum years of Post Qual. exp.: 6 Yrs
5. Nature of अनुभव: अनुभव in the area of business development, exploring new business building relation, mapping existing customer and strategically generating business for the organization
6. MCP (Monthly Consolidated pay): 85,000/-
1. Position: Dy. Executive (Tech.)- Transmission L3
2. Numbers required/ vacancy break up: 2 (1- UR, 1- EWS)
3. Minimum Essential educational qualification(s): Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.
4. Minimum years of Post Qual. exp.: 6 Yrs
5. Nature of अनुभव: अनुभव in Power Transmission Sector (220 kV & above) in the field of Project Planning, Designing, Engineering, Execution, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Substations and/or Transmission Lines
6. MCP (Monthly Consolidated pay): 85,000/-

Selection Procedure
1. Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for Personal Interview to be conducted at Corporate Office, RECPDCL or through online mode as per decision of the management.
2. RECPDCL may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria.
3. The offer of engagement shall be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on the number of vacancies.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Eligible applicants should register and apply online through RECPDCL’s website, i.e. www.recpdcl.in (Career Page) from 21st April 2022, 11.00 AM to 11th May 2022 up to 06.00 PM.
2. Before applying read the instructions carefully mentioned in detailed advertisement and fill the online application form with providing correct information.
3. STEP 1: On-line Registration: Interested eligible applicants should apply only for one post mentioned in the advertisement through RECPDCL On-line भर्ती portal. To apply visit http://www.recpdcl.in at Careers page.
i. Before candidate’s online registration, the applicants should have valid E-mail ID & Mobile No.
ii. During registration, candidate has to provide valid information regarding Name, Date of Birth, E- Mail ID & Mobile No. Once registered successful, Date of Birth, E-Mail ID & Mobile No. are not allowed to edit in main application form.
iii. After registration, candidate will receive Activation code to your registered email to verify and activate your e-mail login to access Online भर्ती Portal
STEP 2: On-line Application:
a) Before applying post, the applicants should keep the following documents ready: -
i. Scanned copy of recent passport size color photograph of the applicant in .jpg format with file size limit between 10KB to 100KB.
ii. Scanned Signature of the applicant in .jpg format with file size limit between 10KB to 100KB.
b) After successful login, candidate should select only one post mentioned in the advertisement.
STEP 3: Fill the on-line application with relevant details and submit
4. Commencement of Online Submission of Applications: 21st April 2022( Thursday), 11:00 AM
5. Closing of On-line Submission of Applications: 11th May 2022( Wednesday), 06:00 PM
6. Documents Required at the Time of Interview:
a) Aadhar Card/ Class 10 Certificate / Valid Proof for Date of Birth.
b) Caste Certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) on Government prescribed format and self- undertaking for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) status in the prescribed format, valid Disability certificate Certificate, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen if applicable.
c) Mark Sheets of all semesters/years in support of educational qualification, degree Certificate (Provisional or Original) of Graduation and PostGraduation clearly showing class/ division/ CGPA/ percentage /mode/ duration/ stream/ specialization of the qualification etc.
d) “No Objection Certificate” in case of employed in a Government Department / Undertaking / PSU/ Autonomous Body etc.
7. Documents in Support of Work अनुभव(to be submitted at the time of interview):
a) Appointment letter along with joining-Relieving Letter from Company/ Organization should clearly show the date of joining and date of separation.
b) अनुभव /Service Certificate/वेतन statement/ Bank Statement issued by Company/Organization. (it should indicate date of joining and date of relieving from each organization where worked along with designations ).
c) Relieving order (in case of अनुभव with more than one organization)
d) Latest Pay Slip
e) वेतन Certificates/proof of CTC together with ITR or Form-16 A issued by present / past employers(s).
