राष्ट्रीय इस्पात निगम लिमिटेड (RINL), a Navaratna Company under Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India, having 7.3 MT capacity Integrated Steel Plant at Visakhapatnam with Marketing Offices throughout the country and three captive Mines in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States, invites applications from dynamic and अनुभवd personnel for engagement on Tenure / Contract basis to the following postsfor its captive Limestone Mines at Jaggayyapeta, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh:
1. Name of the Post: Mine Foreman
2. No. of Vacancies: 01
3. Qualification: Diploma in Mining Engineering with Mine Foreman Certificate of Competency restricted to Open cast working Only issued by DGMS.
4. अनुभव (Post Qualification): 05 (Five) Years of Post Qualification अनुभव in Mechanised opencast Metalliferous Mines. Should possess basic knowledge of Computer and having knowledge of entering data in statutory websites of DGMS and PESO, etc
5. Job Description: To perform the duties of Mine Foreman as per the provisions of Reg. 46 of MMR 1961 and other relevant provisions of Mines Act 1955 and allied legislations with the direction of the Mines manager. To supervise mining operations including Drilling, Blasting, & railway wagon To file online returns
6. Remuneration per Month: 39,000/-
7. Duration of contract: Engagement would be on contractual basis for THREE YEARS from the date of joining. The contract may be extendable on yearly basis at the discretion of the Management for further Two Years. Each term will be fresh contract without any continuity.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be through Online Test to be held at Visakhapatnam. However RINL reserves the right to change the Selection procedure depending on the need. Candidates shall be appointed subject to their Medical Fitness.

आर आई एन एल-वी एस पी ऐसा पहला समग्र इस्पात संयंत्र है, जिसे आई एस ओ 9001:2008, ओ एच एस ए एस 18001:2007 एवं आई एस ओ 14001:2004 मानकों के प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त हैं। यह ऐसा पहला सार्वजनिक उपक्रम है, जिसे ऊर्जा प्रबंधन प्रणाली हेतु आई एस ओ 50001 एवं सॉफ्टवेअर विकास हेतु सी एम एम आई स्तर 3 का प्रमाणन प्राप्त है। आर आई एन एल-वी एस पी को संगठन में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी–उद्यम संसाधन योजना (ई आर पी) सेवा के अंतर्गत सूचना संरक्षा प्रबंधन प्रणाली (आई एस एम एस) हेतु आई एस ओ 27001 से प्रमाणित भी किया गया है।
