शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Candidates Should have Master’s Degree with minimum 60% marks from recognized University. Desirable MBA / LLB / Ph.D.

अनुभव (अनुभव): Minimum 15 years of अनुभव in Group-A post in Level 12 or 10 Years in Level 13 in Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking or Equivalent in Industry with अनुभव of Administration.

Skills / Eligibility

Master’s Degree with minimum 60% marks from recognized University.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
144200/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): 55 years

Application Fee for the post is as per the rates prescribed below:
1. Rs. 400/- for General candidates
2. Rs. 200/- for SC/ST and OBC candidates
3. Women Candidates and Persons with Disabilities are exempted from payment of the application fee
4. Application fee is Non-refundable.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview as per recommendations of the Screening Committee constituted for the purpose. The decision of the Screening Committee is final.

3 Relaxation in the percentage of qualifying marks will be given up to 5% for SC/ST/Differently abled candidates and up to 3% for OBC candidates.
4 Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given up to 5 years for SC/ST/Differently abled candidates and up to 3 years for OBC candidates.
5 The Institute may relax all or any of the requirements related to age, qualification, and अनुभव in exceptional and deserving cases.
6 The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill any or all the posts.
7 Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview as per recommendations of the Screening Committee constituted for the purpose. The decision of the Screening Committee is final.
8 No interim correspondence will be entertained.
9 Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
10 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. If a candidate has not to been contacted, she/he should assume that her/his application has not been shortlisted.
11 The Institute reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason.

भाप्रबंसं शिलाँग को भारत के पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में अच्छी गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन शिक्षा और अनुसंधान प्रदान करने की दृष्टि से स्थापित किया गया है। पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ जून 2004 के दौरान शिलाँग में आयोजित एक समीक्षा बैठक में केन्‍द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री के साथ पूर्वोत्तर में भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान के स्‍थापित करने का फैसला सर्वसम्मति से लिया गया। पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र विकास मंत्रालय (डोनर) और क्षेत्र के राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों के बीच परामर्श के बाद संस्थान के लिए शिलाँग को स्थायी स्थान के रूप में मय किया गया।
