शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Computer Operator (Assistant Programmer):
(1) Graduate with computer Science or Electronics and Communication or Information Technology from a University established by law in India. OR 3 years Diploma in Computer Application from a Institution recognized by the Government OR Graduate from a University established by law in India with “A” Level Certificate course conducted by the DOEACC under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India. AND
(2) 2 years working अनुभव of computer operations in a Government Organization/ Government undertaking/Public Limited/ Private Limited company.

Data Entry Operator (Information Assistant): Graduate or higher degree in computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Computer Application/Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Information Technology or equivalent of a University established by law in India. OR Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications or 3 years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering /Computer Applications /Information technology or equivalent from a Polytechnic institution recognized by the Government.

Project Engineer (Junior) Civil- Degree: Degree in Engineering in respective branch from a University established by Law in India or qualification equivalent thereto declared by the Government.

Project Engineer (Junior) Civil- Diploma: Diploma in respective branch in Engineering from a recognized Institution or Diploma in respective branch of engineering recognised by the Institution of Engineers for the purpose of exemption from studentship examination.

Project Engineer (Junior) Electrical Degree: Degree in Engineering in respective branch from a University established by Law in India or qualification equivalent thereto declared by the Government.

Senior Draftsman: Intermediate in Architecture or Architecture Assistantship (Three years Course) from a recognized Institution. OR Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship with one year’s अनुभव as Draftsman in Architect’s Office OR Draftsman Certificate (Civil) from National council of Vocational Trade with three years’ अनुभव as Draftsman in Architect’s Office.

Junior Draftsman: 1. Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship OR 2. Draftsmanship Certificate (Civil) from National Council of Vocational Trade with two years’ अनुभव as Tracer in Architect’s Office.

Legal Assistant (Junior Law Officer): Degree in Law from a University established by Law in India or its equivalent declared by the Govt.

Junior Accountant: Must hold a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Sec. 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government in consultation with the Commission.

Junior Assistant: A. Senior Secondary from a recognised Board or its equivalent Examination, and B. “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. OR Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organised under National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. OR Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognised by the Government.
