शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Working on analogous posts or in a grade not lower than Pay Level 6 or equivalent with 4 years of regular service. Preference will be given to the person having acquaintance of Government Offices especially Ministries of Delhi area and should be a physically fit person.

के बारे में
रेल भूमि विकास प्राधिकरण (रे.भू.वि.प्रा.) रेल मंत्रालय के अधीन एक सांविधिक प्राधिकरण है। इसकी स्थापना गैर-भाडा उपायो द्वारा राजस्व अर्जन के उद्देश्य से रेल भूमि का वाणिज्यिक विकास करने के लिये रेल अधिनियम १९८९ मे संशोधन करके हुई थी। दिनांक ०५.०१.२००७ की यथासंशोधित असाधारण राजपत्र अधिसूचना दिनांक ३१.१०.२००६ की शर्तो के अनुसार रे.भू.वि.प्रा. का गठन पहले ही हो गया है। रे.भू.वि.प्रा. के प्रचालन हेतु नियमो को भी दिनांक ०४.०१.२००७ के असाधारण राजपत्र मे अधिसूचित किया गया है। भारतीय रेल (आई.आर.) के पास करीब ४३००० हेक्टेयर भूमि खाली पडी है। जोनल रेलवे द्वारा भविष्य मे प्रचालनार्थ आवश्यक भूमि की पहचान की जायेगी और उसका ब्यौरा रेलवे बोर्ड को सूचित किया जायेगा। भूमि के ऐसे प्लाटो को बाद मे रेलवे बोर्ड द्वारा रे.भू.वि.प्रा.को वाणिज्यिक विकास के लिये सौंप दिया जायेगा।
