शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Retired officer of a Public Sector Commercial Bank or RRB with a rank of Scale-III or above. At least 5 years of अनुभव as a Branch Manager, Senior Manager, or Credit Officer in rural or semi-urban branches in West Bengal, with अनुभव in microfinance and SHGs. Ability to travel extensively in rural areas.
