शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): PG/ MBA in HRM/Personnel Management & IR from a recognized University.

अनुभव (अनुभव): Min. 7 years’ relevant अनुभव of which at least 3 years in executive cadre in a
FMCG/Co-operatives.
Exposure in ERP-SAP/ISO:22000 shall be preferred.

वमूल 1976 में असम के नगांव, मोरीगांव, गोलपारा, नलबाड़ी और कामरूप जिलों के दुग्ध उत्पादक सहकारी संघ के एक दुग्ध संघ के रूप में अस्तित्व में आया। असम में डेयरी विकास के लिए राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (एनडीडीबी) के ऑपरेशन फ्लड प्रोग्राम के तहत संघ की स्थापना की गई थी। समय के साथ, यह दूध उत्पादकों, तकनीकी पेशेवरों, बाजार और उपभोक्ताओं के बीच एक सहजीवी संबंध बनाने के लिए चला गया है।

आज, वेस्ट असम मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर्स को-ऑपरेटिव यूनियन लिमिटेड का प्रबंधन राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (NDDB) द्वारा किया जाता है, और गुवाहाटी और ऊपरी और निचले असम के शहरों में 50,000 लीटर से अधिक तरल दूध और 7000 लीटर दूध उत्पादों की दैनिक औसत मात्रा का विपणन करता है।
