शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Graduate with at least 5 years of service in the pay level-11 and having अनुभव of finance, accounts, budgeting & financial control, or personnel & administration or building works & contract management in the office(s) of Central Government/ autonomous bodies.
