2. Basic Qualification: Post graduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management / Any Post Graduate with Banking or Credit अनुभव of 05 years in Scale II grade
3. Additional Qualification: CAIIB certified candidates shall be given preference
4. Basic अनुभव: Not less than 07 years in Officer's grade including 05 years अनुभव in Scale II or above in NABARD / Commercial Banks / Rural Cooperative Banks / Regional Rural Banks

4. Basic अनुभव: 5 years of अनुभव in technical capacity in line departments or Banks
5. Additional अनुभव: Weightage of 02 marks for each year beyond 5 years of अनुभव

2. Basic Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science / B.Tech in IT / B.Tech in Electronics / MCA from a recognized University or Autonomous University
3. Additional Qualification: M.Tech in Computer Science / IT /Electronics
4. Basic अनुभव: Not less than 5 years अनुभव in Banking IT Projects
5. Additional अनुभव: Weightage of 02 marks for each year beyond 5 years of अनुभव in the IT Sector of any Institution

The Odisha State Cooperative Bank (OSCB) is one of the Scheduled State Cooperative Banks incorporated under the Orissa Cooperative Societies Act on 2nd April, 1948. Since its inception, the Bank has been playing a pivotal role in transforming the agrarian economy of the State by catering to the credit requirement of the farm families. The Bank leads the Short Term Cooperative Credit Structure (STCCS) in Odisha comprising 2709 PACS (including 212 LAMPS and 6 FSS) at the grassroots level, 17 District Central Cooperative Banks (with 323 Branches) at the middle tier. The Bank has facilitated enrollment of 53.69 lakh agricultural families from out of about 55 lakh agricultural families in the State covering 97.6% of the families.
