शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Ed, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc
Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam invites application from intending candidates who are permanent residents of Assam in prescribed format for recruitment to the post of प्रधान अध्यापक of Adarsha Vidyalayas as mentioned below
1. Position : प्रधान अध्यापक
2. No of Post : 23
3. Educational Qualification: a) Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/ Commerce from a recognized University with minimum 50% of marks. b) B.Ed degree from a recognized University. c) TET qualification (except CTET and Madrassa TET)
4. अनुभव: Minimum 5 years of teaching अनुभव in any Government / Semi Government / Government recognized /Private reputed CBSE/SEBA affiliated Senior Secondary (10+2) School / College including JNV/KV.
5. Desirable Criteria : a) Good communication skills in English, Hindi and local vernacular language. b) Good interpersonal skills, management & leadership quality, administrative ability & integrity, and computer proficiency.
6. Pay scale of Rs.30,000/- to 1,10,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.13,300/- with other applicable allowances.

Selection Procedure
1. The shortlisted candidates must bring along all original certificates relating to proof of Age, Education Qualifications, अनुभव, Caste etc. when called for verification and interview.
2. Selected Applicants are likely to be posted / transferred to any Adarsha Vidyalaya within the state of Assam.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. All applicants must apply in the prescribed application form as available in the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam: https://dte.assam.gov.in
2. The application form may be downloaded, printed and filled up.
3. The applicants shall have to submit a Demand Draft of Rupees 500.00 only, payable at Guwahati, in favour of Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam, along with the filled up application.
4. The filled-up application along with photographs and all requisite self-attested testimonials must be properly sealed in an envelope and superscribed as: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PRINCIPAL OF ADARSHA VIDYALAYA”, and may be submitted on or before 7th May, 2022 in the DropBox placed for the purpose in O/o. the Director of Technical Education, Assam, Kahilipara Guwahati-781019.
5. An applicant may also opt for submission of applications through email to the ID: [email protected]. In such a case, the applicant shall still need to download the application form as mentioned at point 1 above. The filled up form, along with photographs, Demand Draft and all requisite self-attested testimonials must be scanned and emailed in a single PDF format in not more than 1.5 MB file size. The original Demand Draft must be submitted through registered post / speed post to reach the O/o. the Director of Technical Education, Assam, Kahilipara Guwahati-781019 on or before 12th May, 2022.
6. Incomplete application forms shall summarily be rejected. In case of any false statement / declaration made by an applicant, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled and the applicant shall be liable to be penalized under appropriate provisions of law.
7. Applicants are advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility criteria before applying. Prescribed essential qualifications are only criteria of eligibility for consideration and it does not entitle an applicant to be necessarily selected.
8. Last Date of submission of application is 7th May, 2022.
