शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): BAMS, PG Diploma, MS/MD
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts under National Health Mission. Posts are purely on contract basis for fixed contract period strictly on performance basis initially upto 31.03.2022 and may be extended subject to further administrative approval.

3. Qualification Eligibility
(i) A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicine from any University/ Institution recognized by the Govt.
(ii) Registered with the Board of Ayurveda and unani system of Medicine Haryana.
(iii) Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Panchkarma or Kayachikitsa OR two year post graduate diploma in Panchkarma OR one year post graduate Diploma in Panchkarma. First preference however, will be given to MD in Panchkarma or Kayachikitsa.
(iv) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.
4. Entry Level Pay as per Service Bye Laws-2018 per month: Rs.18750/-

Selection Procedure
1. List of provisionally eligible and not eligible candidates will be uploaded on web site i.e. nhmharyana.gov.in only after scrutiny of applications for written test.
2. Candidates are instructed to visit the above said web site regularly for date of Written Test, as no separate call letter/communication in hard copy will be sent to the provisionally eligible candidates on their correspondence addresses.
3. Written test will be conducted for screening of the candidates and those candidates who are unable to get 40% in screening/proficiency test will not be shortlisted for further process of recruitment. Written test/Screening test/proficiency test is a test to check IQ, General knowledge and information of the candidate about concerned subject.
4. Minimum 40% marks are mandatory to qualify the written examination & Computer Test each. The candidate who will qualify the written test will only be eligible for Computer Test.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1.Application format for applying the post may be downloaded from website nhmharyana.gov.in.
2. Application form complete in all respect must be submitted through Registered post/By hand to "District Health and Family Welfare Society, O/o, Civil Surgeon, A- Block, 5th Floor, Sector.06, Panchkula" before the closing date i.e. 14th February 2022 by 04:00 P.M, after that no application forms/documents will be accepted and no separate correspondence in this regard will be entertained by this office.
3. This office will not be responsible for any postal delay. Candidates are also instructed to visit web site www.nhmharyana.goy.in regularly for any updates.
4. Incomplete application forms will be rejected.
5. Candidates are also instructed to read the important instructions carefully before applying the post.
