शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or as per the 7th CPC.

(ii) with two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 7450-11500/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or

(iii) with three years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 6500-10500/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or

(iv) with seven years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 5500-9000/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or

(v) with nine years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 5000-8000/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and

(b) Possessing five years' अनुभव in stenographic work in Hindi/English.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 56 Years.
