Executive Director (H&A) /E09, Group General Manager (H&A) /E08, General Manager(H&A) /E07: A degree in any discipline is essential.
General Manager (Civil)/ E07: A degree in Civil/Architecture/ Ceramics Engineering is essential.
General Manager (Finance) /E07: Degree in any discipline with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant (CMA).
General Manager ( Mining) /E07, Group General Manager ( Mining) /E08: Degree or equivalent Diploma in Mining Engineering.

नेशनल एल्यूमिनियम कम्पनी लिमिटेड (नालको) भारत सरकार के खान मंत्रालय के अधीन एक नवरत्न केन्द्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का उद्यम है। यह कम्पनी भुवनेश्वर में पंजीकृत कार्यालय के साथ 7 जनवरी, 1981 को स्थापित हुई थी। यह कम्पनी वित्त वर्ष 2013-14 में 7024 करोड़ के बिक्री कारोबार के साथ खनन, धातु और विद्युत में एक एकीकृत और विविधीकृत प्रचालनों वाला समूह-‘क’ का केन्द्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का उद्यम है। वर्तमान, भारत सरकार नालको के 80.93% शेयर धारण किए है।
