शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Assistant: Master in Business Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management / M.A. / M.Com/ C.A.. OR B.Com./B.A./ Bachelor in Business Management with a minimum of five years of अनुभव working as a Junior Accountant or Senior Clerk dealing with Financial/ Accounts matters.

Driver: i) HSLC from a recognized Board ii) Possession of a valid and appropriate driving license from a prescribed Govemment Authority.

Security Guard: HSLC Desirable: Working knowledge of Local language and Hindi / English.

Chowkidar: HSLC Desirable: Working knowledge of Local language and Hindi / English.

Library Attendant: HSLC Desirable: Working knowledge of Local language and Hindi / English.

Peon: HSLC.

Nagaland University is a Central University established in the state of Nagaland by an Act of Parliament by the Government of India in 1989. It is headquartered at Lumami, Zunheboto. Two other permanent campuses are at Kohima (Merima) and Medziphema. Also there is a temporary campus in Dimapur where B.Tech courses are offered. Altogether 66 colleges are affiliated to the University with a total student population of around 24,000.
