शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Officer on Special Duty :Graduate in any faculty or its equivalent from recognised University

Assistant Controller: Officers Retired as Deputy Collector, Tehsildar or of similar posts from Government / Semi-Government Offices or Retired Officers from MMRDA.

Demolition Officer: Graduate in any faculty or its equivalent from recognised University

अनुभव (अनुभव): Minimum 05 years अनुभव in Encroachment Extermination / Unauthorized Construction demolition / Police Protection work.
