Engagement of experts who are retired from PSUs, Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Institutes and Domain Experts as सलाहकार on Contract basis.

i. MOIL invites applications from retired employees of PSUs, Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Institutes and domain experts as a सलाहकार on Contract basis, the details of job specifications are given below:

1. Position: सलाहकार (Personnel)

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Tenure of engagement: 1 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of company

4. अनुभव:

Minimum 17/19/21 years as an Executive in Personnel/HR Department and retired as Executive at level of E-07/E-08/E-09 respectively in CPSES or retired from equivalent position from Central/State Government Departments / Undertakings / Enterprises /Union Territories and Autonomous Bodies under State/Central Government / Academic Institutes / Domain Expert. (The grade wise pay scales are i.e. E-07: 100000-260000, E-08:120000-280000 & E-09:150000-300000)

5. Remuneration: In case of Govt./PSU employees: A consolidated amount of maximum 50% of their last drawn Basic + DA + Grade Pay will be paid subject to minimum remuneration prescribed for others, i.e. Rs. 75,000. In other cases, Rs. 75,000/- P.M will be paid.

3. Tenure of engagement: 1 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of company

4. अनुभव:

Minimum 10 years as an Executive in Environment & Safety/Environment/Safety Department retired as Executive at level of E-4 (In the pay scale of Rs. 70000-200000) of CPSES or retired from equivalent position from Centre/State Government Departments / Undertakings /Enterprises /Union Territories and Autonomous Bodies under State/Central Government/Academic Institutes/ Domain expert

5. Remuneration: In case of Govt./PSU employees: A consolidated amount of maximum 50% of their last drawn Basic + DA + Grade Pay will be paid subject to minimum remuneration prescribed for others, i.e. Rs. 60,000. In other cases Rs. 60,000/-P.M will be paid.

3. Tenure of engagement: 1 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of company

4. अनुभव:

Minimum 10 years as an Executive in Geology Department retired as Executive at level of E-4 (In the pay scale of Rs. 70000-200000) of CPSES or retired from equivalent position from Centre/State Government Departments / Undertakings / Enterprises /Union Territories and Autonomous Bodies under State/Central Government / Academic Institutes / Domain Expert.

5. Remuneration: In case of Govt./PSU employees: A consolidated amount of maximum 50% of their last drawn Basic + DA + Grade Pay will be paid subject to minimum remuneration prescribed for others, i.e. Rs. 60,000. In other case Rs. 60,000/- P.M will be paid.

मॉयल एक लघु रत्न पीएसयू मूल रूप से वर्ष 1896 में स्थापित किया गया था. यह एक केन्द्रीय प्रांत पूर्वेक्षण सिंडीकेट है जो बाद में नाम बदलकर मैंगनीज अयस्क कंपनी (CPMO) लिमिटेड कर दिया गया, एक ब्रिटिश कंपनी ब्रिटेन में शामिल कर दिया गया था और अभी मॉयल के रूप में स्थापित है. 1962 में, भारत और CPMO की सरकार के बीच एक समझौते के परिणाम के स्वरूप में स्थापित किया गया था. बाद मे संपत्ति पर सरकार द्वारा सवाल उठाए गए थे और मॉयल 51% सरकार के बीच आयोजित की पूंजी के साथ गठन किया गया था. भारत और महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश की राज्य सरकारों और CPMO द्वारा शेष 49% की आयोजित पूंजी के साथ यह 1977 में गठन किया गया था, शेष 49% हिस्सेदारी CPMO से अधिग्रहण कर लिया था और मॉयल इस्पात मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के तहत 100 प्रतिशत सरकारी कंपनी बन गई है.
