यंग प्रोफेशनल (Geology): M.Sc / M.Tech. /M.Sc.Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/Earth Science/Exploration Geology/Mineral Exploration/Geological Technology) OR equivalent [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable) & Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees not permissible]. 02 years post qualification relevant field अनुभव in exploration of various minerals.

यंग प्रोफेशनल (Geophysics): M.Sc / M.Tech./ M.Sc.Tech. (Geophysics/ Applied Geophysics/ Geophysical Technology) OR equivalent [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable)& Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees not permissible].

यंग प्रोफेशनल (Drilling Engineering): B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering stream (OR) equivalent [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable)& Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees not permissible]. 02 years post qualification अनुभव in core drilling by Hydrostatic rig for mineral exploration. 02 years post qualification relevant अनुभव in Geophysical surveys.

यंग प्रोफेशनल (Mechanical Engineering): B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering stream (OR) equivalent. [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable)& Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees not permissible]. 02 years’ अनुभव in a large Engineering Workshop involving repairs of various types of engines, gear boxes, pumps, etc., or diamond bit manufacturing unit engaged in manufacturing in different exploratory diamond tools like surface set diamond bits, impregnated diamond bits, reamer shells.

यंग प्रोफेशनल (Business Development & Marketing): MBA/PGDM (General Management) [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable) & Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees permissible]. 02 years post qualification relevant अनुभव in one or more areas of Business Development/ Marketing domain.

यंग प्रोफेशनल (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA OR 2 years MBA/PGDM in Finance Management [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable) & Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees permissible in case of MBA(Finance)]. 02 years post-qualification relevant अनुभव in one or more areas of financial accounting/ management, cost accounting and auditing.

यंग प्रोफेशनल (HR): 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations OR MBA (HR)/ MSW/ MMS (HR) or equivalent [Courses to be approved by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable) & Degree to be recognized by UGC & AICTE (wherever applicable] [ODL Degrees permissible]. 02 years post-qualification relevant अनुभव in one or more areas of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ HR Functions.

यंग प्रोफेशनल (Medical Doctor): MBBS from recognized University. 02 years of relevant post-qualification work अनुभव as practicing Medical Doctor.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
35400-112400/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): As Per Rules.

Selection Procedure: The selection process will entail short listing of candidates based on academic credentials, relevant अनुभव and suitable expertise, followed by Document Verification &Personal Interview (PI) for the post code from 01 to 08, as per rules of the Company. Personal Interviews will be conducted at Nagpur City only.

Application Fee: Application registration fee of Rs. 100/- for General, EWS and OBC candidates (Not applicable in case of SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-Serviceman candidates) will be paid through bank challan (available at our website under CAREER section, https://www.mecl.co.in/Careers.aspx or meclrecruitment.co.in) of Punjab National Bank or State Bank of India.
