शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.A

The मौलाना अबुल कलाम आजाद एशियाई अध्ययन संस्थान (MAKAIAS), Kolkata invites applications on the following areas/categories of research for the positions of MAKAIAS Senior Fellow, MAKAIAS Fellow & Research Assistant for the upcoming research calendar of MAKAIAS for the year 2022-23 (onwards).

1. Post Name: MAKAIAS Fellow

2. Essential Qualification:

Post Graduation in Humanities and Social Sciences/History/International Relations/ Media/ Indian Literatures from a recognized University and preferably be NET/SLET qualified.

3. अनुभव:

Minimum 5 years’ अनुभव in teaching in an institution of repute / as a salaried Fellow in a Research Institute /5 years’ professional अनुभव in a Research Institute /Universities / Print & Media Journalism etc.

4. Tenure/ Duration of the fellowship: Max. Duration: 2 (two), Extendable: by 1 (one)

5. MAKAIAS Fellow of Rs. 32000/- (Thirty Two Thousand Rupees only) per month and HRA admissible as per GOI Rules

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates may be called for a personal interview. The candidates called for interviews have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

2. Please visit regularly to our official website www.makaias.gov.in for downloading the forms and any other updates regarding this recruitment process.

3. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

4. Complete application should include;

(i) The research proposal (within 500 words) in one of the areas mentioned above.

(ii) Detailed curriculum vitae comprising academic qualifications, teaching अनुभव, research work done/supervised/initiated and list of publications with names of three referees.

(iii) No objection from present Institution/ organization (if working)

5. The candidates will be required to produce all certificates and testimonials in original for verification at the time of Interview, failing which they may be disqualified for the Interview

मौलाना अबुल कलाम आजाद एशियाई अध्ययन संस्थान कलकत्ता में स्थित एक स्वायत्त अनुसंधान संस्थान है। यह भारत सरकार के संस्कृति मंत्रालय द्वारा वित्त पोषित है। यह 4 जनवरी 1993 को स्थापित किया गया था। संस्थान की आधारशिला रखी गई थी जहां नई इमारत अब 12 मार्च 1993 को खड़ी है। यह मौलाना अबुल कलाम आजाद, प्रख्यात राष्ट्रवादी नेता और भारत के जीवन और कार्यों के अध्ययन के लिए समर्पित है। दक्षिण एशिया, मध्य एशिया और पश्चिम एशिया के विशेष संदर्भ में, विशेष रूप से उन्नीसवीं शताब्दी से एशिया में सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, आर्थिक, राजनीतिक और प्रशासनिक विकास से निपटने के लिए, प्रथम शिक्षा मंत्री, जिनके नाम पर इसका नाम रखा गया है, और क्षेत्रीय अध्ययन को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए वर्तमान तक। कलकत्ता विश्वविद्यालय, जादवपुर विश्वविद्यालय और जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय, नई दिल्ली के एम.फिल.- और पीएचडी स्तर के छात्र भी इससे जुड़े हुए हैं।
