शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): BHMS
Applications are invited for direct recruitment to the following posts of Manipur Health Services Grade-TV under Health Department, Manipur.
1. Post Name: Homeopathic Physician

3. Period of probation: 2(two) years
4. Qualification: B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized University Institute/ Board or its equivalent as recognized by the Homeopathy Council of India. OR D.H.M.S. (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) of not less than 4(four) years duration from a recognized University Institute/ Board or its equivalent as recognized by the the Homeophathy Council of India and with 2 (two) years' अनुभव in general practice. Enrolment in a State Registration or Central Registration of Homeopathy.
5. Pay scale Rs. 9,300-34,800/ Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/

Selection Procedure
A). Written Examination: 200 marks for 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs); Duration-3 Hours
B). Interview/ Viva-voce- 30 Marks
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
The online application should be applied at www.empsconline.gov.in w.e.f. 06/12/2021 upto 12:00 midnight of 27/12/2021 after which the link will be disabled. Submission of application in any other mode will not be entertained.
2. Before applying for the post, candidates should register as per "ONE TIME REGISTRATION" scheme through the official website of Manipur Public Service Commission i.e. www.empsconline.gov.in. Candidates need to upload full details before applying any post. Once the ONE TIME REGISTRATION is completed, candidates need to fill up and complete his/her PROFILE by submitting all the relevant details. This includes: Upload Passport Photograph, signature as proof etc. Add Personal information. Add Parents Information. Add Educational information Add Language and Physical Nature. Add अनुभव.
3. Once the above mentioned processes are completed, only then the candidate can apply for the nost
4. Candidates are responsible to ensure correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password and they shall keep in mind the user ID and the mobile number for further communication.
5. Applications which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove qualifications, अनुभव, age, community etc. have to be produced as and when called for by the Commission. Any variance in the documents submitted online and physical documents will be summarily rejected.
6. In case of any problem being faced in the processing of the online application, drop a mail at empsconlineissues@gmail.com along with your phone number and problem being faced from your registered user mail ID.
7. All candidates in service other than casual or muster roll will be required to submit/upload the "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" duly issued by the concerned Department/Authority for appearing in the examination. The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admission Certificate.
8. The e-Admission certificate will be made available in the MPSC website (www.empsconline.gov.in) for downloading by the candidates. No admission Certificate will be issued from MPSC Office or sent by post.
9. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination unless he/she holds the above mentioned e-Admission Certificate and any one of the Identity Document mentioned above.
10. The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the Examination shall be final. If on verification at any time before, during or after the Examination/ Interview, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil any of the eligibility condition, his/her candidature for the Examination will be cancelled by the Commission.
11. Withdrawal of applications: No request for withdrawal of candidature received from a candidate after he/she has submitted his/her application will be entertained under any circumstances.

Under Article 315(4) of the Constitution, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) agreed to function as the Public Service Commission of the State of Manipur till October 21, 1972.
On October 3, 1972 the Governor of Manipur issued the order of constitution of the Manipur Public Service Commission under Article 318 with one Chairman and two Members. Shri B.K. Nehru, Governor of Manipur inaugurated the office of the Manipur Public Service Commission at a glittering function on October 23, 1972 at the Gandhi Memorial Hall, Imphal. Chief Minister, Shri Alimuddin presided over the function.
