शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): The Direct Recovery Agency (DRA) will be an Institutional Agency/Collection Agency, preferably, Firms with sufficient means/ resources/ field अनुभव will be considered for empanelment. Collection Agencies can be agencies who are providing collection services to banks, credit card companies and other HFCs. Individuals with proven track record can also be considered for this assignment.
