शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Secretary: (i) A University degree or an equivalent qualification. (ii) अनुभव in staff management and administration and accounts of not less than 10 years in Group ‘A’ or equivalent posts or 15 years in Group “A” and Group ‘B’ or equivalent posts taken together, corresponding to Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ posts in Government of India. (B) DESIRABLE: अनुभव as organizer in the field of visual arts and use of computers in work.

Deputy Secretary: (i) A University degree or an equivalent recognized qualification. (ii) Eight years अनुभव in Accounts and Administration in a senior capacity, preferably in Government or Government Undertaking or autonomous organizations following rules similar to those in Government. (B) DESIRABLE: Graduate in commerce with at least 3 years अनुभव of working in an organization engaged in the promotion of Visual & Plastic arts and with knowledge of using computers in work.

Regional Secretary: (i) A University degree in Fine Art or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Institution or University. (ii) Eight years अनुभव in organising and conducting Art Exhibitions, camps, seminars and workshops. (B) DESIRABLE: अनुभव in Accounts, Administration and Stores and in preparing Budget in an established organisation.

67700-209200/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 56 Years.
