4. Qualification : SSLC or its equivalent Certificate in Food Production from FCI / KIHMS /IHMCT / NCVT certificate in cookery or equivalent qualification obtained from any institute recognized by State / Central Governments. (Equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application) Preference will be given to those who have minimum three years अनुभव in 3 star and above category of hotel as Cook / Chef in the food production department

Selection Procedure

After conducting the scrutiny, the eligible candidates will have to attend a written test for Manager Gr. IV followed by an interview and written test ,trade test followed by interview for Assistant Cooks, which will be intimated to them by e-mail and telephone call.
