चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
The applications must be routed through "Proper Channel" and the applications which are not in the prescribed format and without ‘NOC’ from his/her parent department shall not be accepted. The sponsoring authorities are requested to forward the applications of eligible and interested candidates after due verifications and whose services can be spared in the event of their selection. While forwarding the application of eligible candidate, attested copies of Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports of last five years and up to date, vigilance clearance certificate of the officials concerned and integrity certificate may also be forwarded to The Admn.- cum-Accounts Officer, संयुक्त विद्युत विनियामक आयोग, 3rd & 4th Floor, Plot No.55-56, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurugram-122015 and should be submitted by 31/07/2024. Applications complete in all respect may also be forwarded by e-mail at [email protected], which should be followed by submission of original hard copy too. Applications received in the office of this Commission after due date i.e. after 31/07/2024 and without the requisite documents or incomplete in nature shall not be considered. Applications received directly or advance copies will not be entertained.

आयोग के समक्ष सभी कार्यवाही वर्गों 193 और 228 भारतीय दंड संहिता और आयोग के के अर्थ के भीतर न्यायिक कार्यवाही माना जाता वर्गों 345 और आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता की 346, 1973 के प्रयोजनों के लिए एक सिविल कोर्ट माना जाता है । आयोग ने बिजली मध्यस्थ के रूप में कार्य या मध्यस्थों को मनोनीत निर्णय और लाइसेंसधारियों के बीच उत्पन्न होने वाले विवादों को निपटाने के लिए किया है। गोवा और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के राज्य के लिए संयुक्त विद्युत नियामक आयोग के उद्देश्यों और जिस उद्देश्य के लिए आयोग स्थापित किया गया है के साथ अगस्त 2008 से प्रभावी ढंग से काम करने के लिए शुरू कर दिया।
