शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Full time Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university with at least 60% marks having minimum 15 years of post-qualification अनुभव in handling multi-storied building projects such as school, colleges, institutional buildings, coordinating with Architect, suppliers, contractors and statutory authorities for timely and cost-efficient completion of the project as per the
specifications. Billing, estimation & costing, preparation of tender & BOQ, maintenance, conducting various meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings, other documents required for project etc

Skills / Eligibility

Basic Computer knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point, Internet etc) and typing skills. • Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of English and Tamil is mandatory

भारतीय सनदी लेखाकार संस्थान द इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इंडिया (ICAI) एक वैधानिक निकाय है जिसे संसद के अधिनियम द्वारा स्थापित किया गया है। देश में चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी के पेशे को विनियमित करने के लिए चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स एक्ट, 1949 (1949 का एक्ट नं। XXXVIII)। संस्थान, भारत सरकार के कॉर्पोरेट मामलों के मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में कार्य करता है। ICAI दुनिया में चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा पेशेवर निकाय है, जिसकी भारतीय परंपरा में जनहित में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में सेवा की मजबूत परंपरा है।

ICAI के मामलों का प्रबंधन चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स एक्ट, 1949 और चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स रेगुलेशन, 1988 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार किया जाता है। काउंसिल 40 सदस्यों का गठन करती है, जिनमें से 32 चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स द्वारा चुने जाते हैं और शेष 8 नामित होते हैं। आमतौर पर केंद्र सरकार भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, कॉर्पोरेट मामलों के मंत्रालय, वित्त मंत्रालय और अन्य हितधारकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करती है।
