General Conditions
1. Reservation for ST/SC/OBC/EWS candidates shall be available as per the Chhattisgarh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon ke Liye Arakshan) Sanshodhan Niyam 2011, 2012 and Chhattisgarh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) (Sanshodhan) Ordinance, 2019.
2. The applicant under Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Other Backward Class category should be a bonafide resident of Chhattisgarh and should be a member of Schedule caste/Schedule tribe/Other backward Class which have been included in the list of respective category as notified from time-to-time for Chhattisgarh State.
3. Candidate from Other Backward Class category should upload as well as produce at the time of interview the "non creamy layer certificate" of current year issued by competent authority in the prescribed proforma along with the application form, failing which, the candidates will not be entitled to get the benefit of reserved category.
4. Applicants from reserved category (ST/SC/OBC) who applied for respective category are required to upload Caste Certificate issued by competent authority failing which their application shall be considered under unreserved category.
5. Applicants appointed on reserved posts will have to submit an undertaking in prescribed format regarding their caste in case their certificate found illegal or fake, their services will be terminated and they will be punished as per law.
6. 30% reservation will be available for female applicant (bonafide resident of Chattisgarh only) in each category as per C.G. Govt. Rules.
7. Applicants must have achieved the requisite qualifications and अनुभव on or before last date of application.
8. University has fixed a scorecard for recruitment on the post of Assistant Statistician/ Field Supervisor/Field Investigator/Assistant Programmer (Computer)/Data Entry Operator/Assistant Grade -I1/ Peon. Which are available with advertisement. Applicants are advised to fill the online application form carefully according to scorecard.
9. The application without uploading proper certificates/mark sheets/ transcripts/ documents/reprints will not be scored. In-service candidates must upload the अनुभव certificate given by the employer to avail the marks allotted under अनुभव.
10. The applicants shall be required to present themselves before the selection committee, if called for interview, at their own expenses.
