Non-Faculty Positions

Number of Vacancy: 20 Posts

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Project Engineer and Estate Officer: B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (Civil) from a recognised University/Institute with 60% and consistently good academic record.

Systems Manager: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering with specialization in Computers or MCA / M. Sc. in Computer Science with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Senior Administrative Officer: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% marks from a reputed University/ Institute or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Desirable: Post-Graduate in Management (PGDM/MBA) with minimum 60% marks. Proficiency in computer operations like Excel, Data Management, MS Windows & MS Office is a must. अनुभव: Post-qualification अनुभव of at least 10 years in Administration, out of which 5 years independently handling establishment functions (At least level 9 / Equivalent). अनुभव in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER etc. will be preferred.

Administrative Officer: Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% Marks. Desirable: Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office). Certificate course in Security management will be an added advantage. अनुभव : Minimum 8 years of अनुभव in Armed forces/ Para Military Forces at a level of Commissioned Officer in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force/ Paramilitary forces.

Chief Innovation Officer (CIO): Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (55% marks) from a recognized reputed University or Institute.

Assistant Administrative Officer: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (55% marks) from a recognised reputed University or Institute.

Secretary to Dean: Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% Marks. Post qualification secretarial अनुभव of at least 5 years in office work in Govt organisations / Institutions / Reputed private organisations. Strong written and verbal communications along with computer skills (MS Office) are essential (At least at level 2-4 / Equivalent). अनुभव in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER etc. will be preferred.

Junior Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent with 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record Desirable: Proficiency in Computers with MS Office. अनुभव: Post Qualification Five Years’ अनुभव in handling electrical Systems and component of any in industry/ Govt./Public Sector undertaking/ educational Institution. Worked at least 2 Yrs at level 4 / Equivalent. अनुभव in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER etc. will be preferred. Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, Knowledge / अनुभव of working with Office Management Software will be an added advantage.

Office Assistant: Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% Marks. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant अनुभव in office work in a reputed organization/Govt. department. Worked at least 2 yrs at level 2-4 / Equivalent. अनुभव in institutes of repute like IIMs,IIT, IISER etc. will be preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Senior Library & Information Assistant: Master's degree (10+2+3+2) in Library Science with minimum 60% Marks. अनुभव: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification अनुभव in the library department of a reputed Institute/University. अनुभव in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER etc. will be preferred. अनुभव in working on library software system is essential.

Peon: 12th Pass from State/ Central Board with at least 50% marks. अनुभव: Minimum 2 years of अनुभव in reputed organization preferably in HEI in office function duties. अनुभव in institutes of repute like IIMs, IIT, IISER etc. will be preferred.

25500-112400/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 55 Years.
