(i) For Candidates having B.Tech./ M.Tech. (VLSI / ECE / Material Science / Nanotechnology) Degree with valid GATE Score/valid UGC/CSIR NET or JRF
(ii) For Candidates having M.Sc. (Electronics Science) or M.Sc. (Physics with specialization in Electronics) with valid GATE Score/valid UGC/CSIR NET or JRF
(iii) Candidates with a CGPI of more than 8.0 from IITs/ IIITs/ IISERs/ and such institutions of National importance may be called for the selection process directly.
