शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Ph.D. or M.Phil. degree or Master’s (at least second class) in Social Sciences and allied fields such as public policy, international relations, strategic affairs, development studies with a minimum research अनुभव of 10, 13 or 16 years respectively.
