शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
IBPS RRB Office Assistant- 4483 posts: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s. Working knowledge of computer is desired.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale I- 2676 posts: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, etc. Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of computer is desired.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale II- 842 posts: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. More details in notification.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale III- 80 posts: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum 5 years’ अनुभव as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions is required.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
7200-21700/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit):
Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- 21-40 years.
Officer Scale- II (Manager)- 21-32 years.
Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- 18 -30 years.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- 18-28 years.

Application Fee:
For Gen/OBC/EWS - Rs. 850/-.
For SC/ ST/PWD - Rs.175/-.

Selection Procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of IBPS RRB Preliminary Examination (objective), Main Examination (objective) and Interview. On completion of the interview process / main examination, depending on the vacancies to be filled in as per the business needs of the RRBs and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the RRBs.

बैंकिंग कार्मिक चयन संस्थान (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)) भारत की एक स्वतन्त्र संस्था है जो अन्य संस्थाओं को कर्माचारियों के चयन, भर्ती एवं मूल्यांकन में सहयोग प्रदान करती है। यह 1975 में आरम्भ हुई थी। 1984 में यह स्वतन्त्र संस्था बनी।

सन 2011 से इस संस्थान ने भारतीय बैंकों के लिये अधिकारी तथा क्लर्कों की नियुक्ति हेतु समान लिखित परीक्षा (कॉमन रिटेन एक्जामिनेशन / CWE) आरम्भ किया। जो भी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के 20 बैंकों तथा क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंकों में भर्ती होना चाहता है उसे सीडब्ल्यूई देना ही पड़ेगा।
