हिन्दुस्तान मशीन टूल्स, a major engineering conglomerate with units spread across the country manufacturing various Engineering products offers challenging career opportunity to dynamic WORKMEN on permanent basis for हिन्दुस्तान मशीन टूल्स, Auxiliary Business Division, Bengaluru. 1. Name of the Post: Operator ‘A’ – Maintenance (Civil)

2. No of Post: 1 Post for हिन्दुस्तान मशीन टूल्स, Auxiliary Business Division, Bengaluru.

3. Pay Scale: Rs.9140 – 23,150/- Approx. CTC Rs.4.11 lakhs p/a

4. Post Qualification अनुभव: Should have minimum 3 years अनुभव in maintenance of Civil and Estate Related works.

5. Qualification: 3-years full time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% marks, relaxed to 50% marks for SC / ST candidates. Computer knowledge is essential.

6. Job Description: Should be able to handle day to day maintenance related activities of Township, Factory Structures like painting works, Roof Treatment of township quarters, Premises carpentry & Masonry works of township and office buildings etc.

3. Pay Scale: Rs.9140 – 23,150/- Approx. CTC Rs.4.11 lakhs p/a

4. Post Qualification अनुभव: Should have minimum 3 years अनुभव in Electrical Related works.

5. Qualification: 3- years full time Diploma in Electrical / Electronics from recognized institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% marks, relaxed to 50% marks for SC / ST candidates. Computer knowledge is essential.

6. Job Description: Should be able to handle all electrical related works including repairs and maintenance electrical billing O H lines & other related works.

1. Name of the Post: Office Assistant ‘A’

2. No of Post: 1 Post for हिन्दुस्तान मशीन टूल्स, Auxiliary Business Division, Bengaluru.

3. Pay Scale: Rs.9140 – 23,150/- Approx. CTC Rs.4.11 lakhs p/a

4. Post Qualification अनुभव: Should have minimum 3 years अनुभव in Accounts related works.

5. Qualification: 3-years full time B Com from recognized institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% marks, relaxed to 50% marks for SC / ST candidates. Computer knowledge is essential.

6. Job Description: Should be capable to handle cash & wages section. Bank book and cash book verification and up-dation, Arranging payment to suppliers, GST returns, Sales tax and professional tax, Assisting in finalization of accounts, Execution of Tally, ERP software etc.

Selection Procedure

1. Selection will be made strictly on the basis of total of aggregate academic achievement (30 marks), अनुभव (30 marks) & performance in the written test (40 marks).

2. The management reserves the right to raise / lower the minimum eligibility standards / criteria by taking into account the qualification and relevant अनुभव while short-listing for the candidates to attend the written test.

3. Management reserves the right to relax age and अनुभव as also to consider related qualification & अनुभव in case of deserving / exceptional candidates.

4. The management reserves the right to recommend / select the candidate for any Units of हिन्दुस्तान मशीन टूल्स.

5. The Management reserves the right to set an upper level and lower level of cut off marks obtained by the candidate in their academic qualification for short-listing the candidates.

6. Mere conformity to the job requirements will not entitle a candidate to be called for written test. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason, to increase/decrease the number of posts depending on the requirement, raise the Standard of Specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test.

7. Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening will be called for written test. Instructions regarding written test will be intimated to the short-listed candidates individually through e-mail and Speed Post.
