शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): “The incumbent must be Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of 02 years in Human Resource / Personnel Management / MBA (HR) / MSW / MLS / MPM / MLL & LW from a recognized university or institute with 14 years post qualification अनुभव in HR functions in an organization of repute. Incumbents must have through understanding about laws pertaining to Labour and employment, modern Human Resources and Organizational Practices. Exposure in regard to Talent / Performance Management, succession planning, Industrial Relations, Corporate Social responsibility will be an added advantage.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 50 Years.
Selection Procedure: After screening of documents, suitable number of eligible candidates shall be called for Interview. The Company reserves the right to shortlist candidates for Interview out of eligible candidates.

हिंदुस्तान इंसेक्टिसाइड्स लिमिटेड (एचआईएल), रसायन और पेट्रो रसायन विभाग, रसायन एवं उर्वरक मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार का एक उद्यम है, इसकी स्थापना वर्ष मार्च, 1954 में, भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू किए गए राष्ट्रीय मलेरिया उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम को डीडीटी की आपूर्ति करने के उद्देश्य से की गई थी । इसके पश्चात्, कंपनी ने कृषि क्षेत्र की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए एग्रो पेस्टिसाइड्स में विविधीकरण किया और वर्ष 2014-15 में 339.90 करोड़ रुपए के टर्नऑवर के साथ आगे बढ़ी । वर्तमान में कंपनी कृषि रसायनों, बीजों का कार्य कर रही है तथा हाल ही में उर्वरकों का कारोबार भी आरम्भ किया है, ताकि एक ही स्थान पर कृषक समुदाय की सभी आवश्यकताओं पूरा किया जा सके ।
