शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Registrar: Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.

Finance Officer: Master's Degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) with at least 55% marks or equivalent on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.

Internal Audit Officer: please refer to official notification.

के बारे में

गुजरात विद्यापीठ की स्थापना महात्मा गांधी ने १८ अक्टूबर सन् १९२० में की थी। यह गुजरात के अहमदाबाद नगर में स्थित है। इसकी स्थापना का उद्देश्य भारतीय युवकों को अंग्रेजों की गुलामी से मुक्त कराना था। गंधीजी इस बात को अच्छी तरह समझते थे कि मैकाले द्वारा रची गयी ब्रिटेन की औपनिवेशिक शिक्षा नीति का उद्देश्य दमनकारी ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य के लिये मानव संसाधन (क्लर्क?) तैयार करना है। उस शिक्षा नीति के विरुद्ध गांधीजी ने राष्ट्रीय पुनर्निर्माण व हिन्द स्वराज के लिये युवकों को तैयार करने के उद्देश्य से इस विद्यापीठ की स्थापना की।

गांधीजी आजीवन इसके कुलाधिपति रहे। प्राध्यापक ए टी गिडवानी इसके प्रथम उपकुलपति रहे। गांधीजी के बाद सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल, डा राजेन्द्र प्रसाद, मोरार जी देसाई आदि ने इसके कुलपति पद को सुशोभित किया।
