शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Com, MBA/PGDM
Application are invited form eligible suitable candidates in the prescribed Online (Google E form) application form, for the following posts. The decision of the selection committee regarding engagement of staffs in Utkalmani Daridra Narayan Seba Mandira is final.

5. Job Responsibility: Ensure timely and hygienic meals for the children( 04 times day) as per the planned menu. Ensure quality of food by purchasing good quality locally available items. Provide special meals on holidays, festivals, and for sick children.

Selection Procedure
1. The details such as a number of vacancies, selection procedure, remuneration, application form etc are available in the district website ie.www.bhadrak.nic.in
2. The process selection will be made as per the instruction of Resolution no 10102- WCD-CW-MISC-0023-2020 Dated 15 September 2020 of W&CD Department, Govt. of Odisha.
3. The recruitment to the staffs of Utkalmani Daridra Narayan Seba Mandira will be on the basis of carrier marking only as per the weight age assigned below. The decision of the recruitment committee constituted in the Utkalmani Daridra Narayan Seba Mandira regarding engagement of contractual staff of Utkalmani Daridra Narayan Seba Mandira is final without assigning any reason thereof.
4. The merit list shall be drawn up on the basis of weighted percentage marks obtained in all six categories mentioned in the above table. In case of more than one candidate have equal marks, the candidates with past अनुभव of working in the child rights will be given preference. The decision of the Home Management Committee in this regard shall be final.
5. The selection committee shall make and recommend the name of 5 candidates for each position in order of preference to the management of the institution for appointment against vacant postions. The candidates scoring highest marks will be called fora verification of certificates prior to issue of appointment order. The panel will be valid for 1 year from the date of finalization.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. The complete filled up application form along with other documents should reach at the Office of the "Utkalmani Daridra Narayan Seba Mandira, Chandiapada, Langudi, Bhadrak- 756116(Odisha), on or before 05.02.2022 at (5:00 PM) positively through Online (https://forms.gle/jwocTxh9iF9yhQqb7). No other mode of application will be accepted.
2. No personal queries will be entertained and further communication will be made. All further information's relating to the engagement will be available in the District website.
3. Eligible candidates may submit their applications complete in all respect to the Office of UtkaImani Daridra Narayan Seba Mandira(CCI) Dist: Bhadrak latest by 05.02.2022 at 05:00PM through online. Application received other than online and after due date will be rejected.
