शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Deputy Adviser: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/Public Health Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Assistant Adviser: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health Engineering from a recognized University.

अनुभव (अनुभव):
Deputy Adviser: 9 Years' अनुभव in Investigation, Design Construction and Operation of Water Supply and Sewerage Installation including at least three years in Rural Or Urban Sector with अनुभव in Desalination, Defluoridation, Iron Removal, Water Harvesting Structure.

Assistant Adviser: Five years अनुभव in isolation or collectively in investigation or design construction or operation of water supply and sewerage installations including one year अनुभव in urban sector or rural sector with अनुभव in desalination/ defluoridation/ iron removal/ water harvesting structures in Government or autonomous or semi-Government organization or private organization.

जल जीवन मिशन, ग्रामीण भारत के सभी घरों में 2024 तक व्यक्तिगत घरेलू नल कनेक्शन के माध्यम से सुरक्षित और पर्याप्त पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए लागू किया गया है। कार्यक्रम अनिवार्य तत्वों के रूप में स्रोत स्थिरता उपायों को भी लागू करेगा, जैसे कि पुनर्भरण और पुन: उपयोग, ग्रे वाटर मैनेजमेंट, जल संरक्षण, वर्षा जल संचयन। जल जीवन मिशन पानी के लिए एक सामुदायिक दृष्टिकोण पर आधारित होगा और इसमें मिशन के प्रमुख घटक के रूप में व्यापक सूचना, शिक्षा और संचार शामिल होंगे। जे जे एम पानी के लिए एक जनोलन बनाता है, जिससे यह हर किसी की प्राथमिकता है।
