शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Deputy Librarian: A Master‟s degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science, with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed.

Internal Audit Officer: By drawing officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organised Accounts Services in Central / State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR With three years regular service in Level 11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/ Autonomous Bodies. OR With five years regular service in Level 10 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/ Autonomous Bodies.

Assistant Librarian: A Master‟s degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a pointscale wherever grading system is followed).

Medical Officer (Male): Post Graduate in Medicine from a recognized Institution by the Medical Council of India OR MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India with relevant working अनुभव of two years in Government Hospital or Hospital recognized by the Government or corporate hospital.

Hindi Officer: Master‟s Degree of a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master‟s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master‟s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

भारत के राष्ट्रपति ने केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2009 को स्वीकृति दी जिसमें विभिन्न राज्यों में शिक्षा तथा शोध के ‍लिए विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की परिकल्पना की गर्इ। इस अधिनियम के तहत 1 मार्च, 2009 को झारखण्ड केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय सार्वभोम हुआ । केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय झारखण्ड की विजिटर महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती प्रतिभा देवी सिंह पाटिल ने अन्तरराष्ट्रीय ख्याति प्राप्त वैज्ञानिक और विशिष्ट शैक्षणिक प्रशासक डॉ. डारलैंडों टी. खातिंग को विश्वविद्यालय का प्रथम कुलपति नियुक्त किया ।

झारखण्ड केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्याल सामयिक तकनीकों से संबंधित क्षेत्रों में शोध पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करेगा । झारखण्ड केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना 1 मार्च, 2009 का भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा प्रख्यापित केन्द्रीय विश्चविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2009 के अधीन किया गया । उपरोक्त अधिनियम के माध्यम से विभिन्न राज्यों में शिक्षा तथा शोध के लिए विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की गर्इ ।
