शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Retired Staff

Applications are invited from retired employees of Government/CWC/ Railways and other PSUs (Preference will be given to retired employees from Indian Railways, Railway PSUs) to work as सलाहकार (Corporate Communication) on contractual basis in सैण्ट्रल रेलसाइड वेअरहाउस कंपनी लिमिटेड, A Miniratna Category-II PSU under the aegis of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, on a consolidated monthly remuneration. Details of vacancies are as below

1. Position: सलाहकार (Corporate Communication) at Corporate Office, New Delhi

2. No. of Post: 1

3. अनुभव: Applications will be considered who have fair working अनुभव in Public Affairs & Policy Communications, Government Relations, Brand Communication & Image Management, Media Outreach, etc

4. Job Requirement:

a. Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, social media content, marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.

b. Conduct extensive Media Outreach Government Affairs and prepare briefing materials.

c. Designing and organising of media & public awareness campaign, etc.

e. Coordinating the communications output within a company.

f. Consensus Public View Development & Outcomes Planning.

g. Coordinate conference, trade shows and press interviews

h. identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.

j. Coordinate with Ministry, Stakeholders, CWC, SWCs, etc.

k. Any other works to be assigned from time to time.

5. Required Level (as per IDA pay scales or CDA Level as per 7 th CPC pay scales) and Consolidated monthly remuneration: Retired from the scale of E-8 (120000-280000 IDA) & Level 14/10000 (CDA) and above. *Monthly Remuneration: 1,20,000/-

Interested and eligible retired employees of Government/CWC/ Railways and other PSUs (Preference will be given to retired employees from Indian Railways, Railway PSUs) shall have to apply Online through the link: http://www.crwc.in/en/careers-0 the link for Online Application shall remain active from 09.04.2022 at 10:00 AM to 23.04.2022 at 06:00 PM.

ii. Last date for applying online application is 23.04.2022 at 06:00 PM.

iii. Before applying online, candidates should— (i) Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in to this Advertisement.

(ii) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.

के बारे में

केन्द्रीय भंडारण निगम ने अपनी विविधिकरण गतिविधियों के भाग के रूप् में भारतीय रेल के साथ एक करार के पश्चात् बेंगलूरू में वाइटफील्ड गुडस टर्मिनल पर रेलसाइंडिंग के साथ पायलट परियोजना के तौर पर रेलवे की जमीन पर भंडारण सुविधाएं विकसित की थी। यह परियोजना फरवरी, 2002 में आरम्भ हुई जिसके फलस्वरूप् रेलवे को अतिरिक्त कार्य मिलना शुरू हो गया तथा गाहकों को दी जाने वाली सेवाओं में भी सुधार आया। केंद्रीय भंडारण निगम द्वारा हैंडल किए गए कार्गो की मात्रा में वृद्धि हुई। इस परियोजना की सफलता से प्रोत्साहित होकर केंद्रीय भंडारण निगम ने अन्य केंद्रो पर पहचान किए गए रेल टर्मिनलों पर रेलसाइड वेअरहाउसिंग परिसर विकसित करने पर विचार किया। इस दौरान रेल मंत्रालय ने भी विभिन्न रेल टर्मिनलों के निकट देश में अपनी सुविधाओं के बेहतर उपयोग के लिए वेअरहाउसिंग परिसरों की स्थापना हेतु भूमि की पहचान की प्रक्रिया आरम्भ कर दी। इसका लक्ष्य गाहकों को बेहतर सेवा के लिए लॉजिस्टिक आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति कर परिवहन को एक नई दिशा देना था।

तद्नुसार रेल मंत्रालय तथा केंद्रीय भंडारण निगम के बीच 22 रेल टर्मिनलों के निकट रेल प्रयोगकर्ताओं के लिए संपूर्ण लॉजिस्टिक हल उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से वेअरहाउसिंग कॉम्पलैक्स विकसित करने के लिए 20.12.2003 को एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर हुए। यह सहमति हुई कि इस उद्देश्य के लिए रेल प्रशासन केंद्रीय भंडारण निगम को अपनी भूमि पट्टे पर देगा। इस गतिविधि में तीव्रता तथा कुशलता लाने के लिए यह निर्णय लिया गया सभी रेलसाइड वेअरहाउसिंग परिसरों को एक नई कंपनी के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लाया जाए। यह नई कंपनी केंद्रीय भंडारण निगम की सहायक कंपनी होगी। तदनुसार 10.07.2007 को सैण्ट्रल रेलसाइड वेअरहाउस कंपनी लि.की स्थापना की गई। तत्पश्चात इस कंपनी ने कंपनी अधिनियम,1956 की धारा 149 (3) के अधीन 24.07.2007 को कार्य प्रारंभ करने का प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त किया।
