शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Bachelors Degree
Subject : Filling up of one post of प्रशासकीय अधिकारी on deputation basis in the केंद्रीय हिंदी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, New Delhi a subordinate office of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi. The services of one suitable officer are urgently required for appointment to the post of प्रशासकीय अधिकारी, in केंद्रीय हिंदी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, a subordinate office of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs on deputation basis, in the revised pay scale Pay Matrix Level-II, (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600- 39100+ Grade pay of Rs. 6600).
1. Name of the post: प्रशासकीय अधिकारी
2. No.of Post (s): 01 (One)
3. Scale of Pay: Revised Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-11, Rs. 67,700-2,08,700 (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs.15600-39100+6600 Grade Pay).
4. Period of deputation: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years.
5. Eligibility - Deputation: Officer of the Central Govemment or State Government or Union Territories:
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or
(ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 and GP 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and अनुभव;
(i) Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized University; (ii) Five year's अनुभव in administration, establish- ment and accounts matters.
6. For Armed Forces Personnel: Deputation/re.employment:
a) The Armed Forces Personnel of the rank of Captain or equivalent who are due to retire or to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and possessing the educational qualification and अनुभव prescribed for deputationist shall also be considered. If selected, such officers will be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces.
b) Thereafter, they may be continued on re-employment terms. In case such eligible officer have retired or have been transferred to reserve before the actual selection to the post is made, their will be on Re- employment basis. (Re-employment upto the age of with reference to civil post).

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
It is requested that the application (in duplicate) in the given performa (Annexure-II) of suitable, willing and eligible officers and who can be spared immediately on selection may be sent to the undersigned within 60 days from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum or from the date of publication of this advt. in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar whichever is later along with the following documents:-
1. Clear Photostat copies of their ACR/APAR for the last 5 years i.e. 2015-16 to 2019-20 (each page of the photocopy should be duly attested by Group "A" Gazetted Officer
2. Integrity Certificate.
3. Certificate confirming that no disciplinary/vigilance case is either pending or being contemplated against the officer.
4. A statement showing major or minor penalties, if any, imposed on the applicant during the last 10 years.( if no penalties has been imposed a "Nil' certificate may be enclosed.
5. Cadre clearance in respect of the applicant.
Application received after the closing date or without the Photostat copies of ACR/APAR duly attested by a Group 'A' Officer or without recommendation of the concerned officer or otherwise found incomplete are liable to be rejected. Officers who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. While forwarding the applications , it may be verified and certified that particulars furnished by the officer are correct. It may also be confirmed that in the event of selection for appointment, the officer concerned will be immediately relieved of his duties.

राष्ट्रपति द्वारा गृह मंत्री को संबोधित 12 जून, 1955 के पत्र में दिए गए सुझावों पर कार्रवाई के अनुसरण में केंद्रीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों को हिंदी सिखाने का कार्य गृह मंत्रालय को सौंपे जाने का निर्णय लिया गया। तदनुसार अक्तूबर, 1955 से गृह मंत्रालय के तत्वावधान में हिंदी शिक्षण योजना के अंतर्गत कार्यालय समय में हिंदी कक्षाएँ चलाई जा रही हैं।
सन 1960 में हिंदी शिक्षण योजना के अंतर्गत हिंदी भाषा, हिंदी टंकण एवं हिंदी आशुलिपि का प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य किया गया।
