भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र (Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP)) भारत के छत्तीसगढ़ के भिलाई में स्थित इस्पात कारखाना है। यह भारत का पहला इस्पात उत्पादक संयंत्र है तथा मुख्यतः रेलों का उत्पादन करता है। इस संयंत्र की स्थापना सोवियत संघ की सहायता से १९५५ में हुई थी।
