चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. The in-service candidates should apply through proper channel, failing which their application is liable to be rejected.

2. Advance copy of application form may be considered subject to production of NOC / Vigilance Clearance Certificate from Employer at the time of interview

3. अनुभव and qualifications will be reckoned as on the last date for receipt of applications

4. Applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered

5. Every page of the application form and enclosures must be signed by the candidate at the bottom of the page

6. The persons shall not be eligible to apply for any position in the University, who has been convicted by any court of Law or any criminal proceedings are pending against him and not a citizen of India.

7. The University shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at any time of selection procedure, at the time appointment or during the tenure of the service.

8 In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidates are fake or the candidate has a clandestine antecedents / background and has suppressed the said information, then his / her services shall be terminated forthwith.

बिहार पशु विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय (बीएएसयू) की स्थापना बिहार राज्य के एक अधिनियम (बीएएसयू अधिनियम संख्या 15 के माध्यम से 29 अगस्त 2016 को बिहार गजट में की गई) के माध्यम से पटना में अपने मुख्यालय के साथ की गई है। 13 जून 2017 से विश्वविद्यालय का पहला कुलपति की नियुक्ति के साथ संचालन हो गया। पटना विश्वविद्यालय में नए विश्वविद्यालय को बिहार कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में उत्कीर्ण किया गया है। बिहार वेटरनरी कॉलेज और संजय गांधी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ डेयरी टेक्नोलॉजी को बीएएसयू में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया है, जबकि 2018 में एक नए कॉलेज ऑफ फिशरीज की स्थापना की गई है। विश्वविद्यालय के क्षितिज का और विस्तार करने और अनुसंधान संस्थानों, स्टेशनों और निम्नलिखित के बाद अनुसंधान और आउटरीच को मजबूत करने के लिए सबस्टेशनों को बीएएसयू में स्थानांतरित किया जा रहा है।
