Project Executive: MCA/ MSc-IT or BE Computer Science/ B.Tech - Computer Science.

Project Assistant: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science,Mass Communication/Gcnder Studies/Rural DevelopmenrDevelopm ent Studies/ Mastgr in Social Work etc.

Accounts Assistant: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with knowledge of computer application and Tally.

Young Professional: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science / Mass Communication/Gender Sludics/Rural Development/Development Studies/ Master in Social Work.

असम राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन (एएसआरएलएम), ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्थायी आजीविका को बढ़ावा देने के लिए असम सरकार की पहल है। मिशन ग्रामीण महिलाओं को स्वयं सहायता समूहों (एसएचजी) को क्षमता निर्माण, क्रेडिट लिंकेज और बाजार समर्थन के साथ सशक्त बनाता है। इन SHG द्वारा निर्मित सभी उत्पाद ब्रांड नाम 'ASOMI' के तहत बेचे जाते हैं। शब्द ASOMI- अक्षर का एक समामेलन है- Atmo SO- सोहायोक, एम- महिला गोटर, मैं- पहचान (पोरिचॉय)। ASOMI असमिया लोगों की पहचान को भी स्पष्ट करता है। जब आप ASOMI उत्पाद खरीदते हैं तो आप महिला SHG सदस्यों के बीच उद्यमशीलता को प्रोत्साहित कर रहे हैं और ग्रामीण असम में महिला सशक्तिकरण में योगदान दे रहे हैं।
