Number of Vacancy: 09 Posts

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Deputy Registrar: Must have five years of अनुभव in personnel and administrative or judicial work. Degree in Law from a recognized University.

Principal Private Secretary: (a) holding regular equivalent posts in the parent cadre or department; or (b) in the post of Level-8 of the pay matrix with six years of regular service in the parent cadre or department; or (c) Seven years in regular service in the parent cadre or department at Level 7 of the pay matrix.

Section/ Tribunal Officer: (i) Degree of a recognized University; and (ii) Having 2 years अनुभव in personnel, administrative or judicial work.

Private Secretary: (i) analogous post on a regular basis in parent cadre or department; or (ii) a post in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix with five years of regular services in the grade.

Assistant: (i) Possessing a Degree from a recognized University, and (ii) having 2 years of अनुभव in establishment, administration, or Accounts.

Junior Accounts Officer: (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with six years of service in the level-5 in the Pay Matrix rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis.

Tribunal Master/ Steno Grade-I: (i) the analogous post on a regular basis in parent cadre or department; or (ii) Post in Level- 4 of the Pay Matrix with 10 years of regular services in the grade.

The Armed Forces Tribunal Act 2007, was passed by the Parliament and led to the formation of AFT with the power provided for the adjudication or trial by Armed Forces Tribunal of disputes and complaints with respect to commission, appointments, enrolments and conditions of service in respect of persons subject to the Army Act, 1950, The Navy Act, 1957 and the Air Force Act, 1950.It can further provide for appeals arising out of orders, findings or sentences of courts- martial held under the said Acts and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
