Empanelment Of Retired Officers (MMGS-III And Above) Of RRBs And Commercial Banks On Contract/short Term Assignment Basis As Faculty at Staff Learning Center - Sangareddy. आंध्र प्रदेश ग्रामीण विकास बैंक invites applications on the enclosed application format from Retired Officials (MMGS-III and above) from RRBs and Commercial Banks, who fulfills the eligibility criteria as mentioned hereunder and have honorably retired with satisfactory service record, for empanelment on merit on contract/ short term assignment basis as Faculty for 3 vacancies at staff learning center, Sangareddy.

Notification: APGVB/Per&HRD/Empanelment-faculty/2022-23/3

1. Position: Retired Officer

2. No of Post: 03

3. Eligibility Criteria:

i. Should be retired / voluntarily retired from a Scheduled Commercial Bank including Regional Rural banks in the cadre of MMGS-III / SMGS-IV / SMGS-V.

ii. Should have at least three years of service अनुभव in training establishment of the bank as a Faculty.

iii. Should have sound health condition.

iv. Should not have been awarded any major penalty in the entire service.

v. Should not have been contemplated with any cases of CBI or other law enforcement agencies.

4. Remuneration payable :

a) Retired officers in the grade Scale III – Faculty - Rs. 35,000/-

b) Retired officers in the grade Scale IV & V - Senior Faculty - Rs. 40,000/-

Selection Procedure

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. The last date for receipt of application with Bio-data at our office is 30th May 2022 up to 5.00 PM.

2.The integrity of the official should not have been doubtful.

3. In respect of retired officials from other Banks, Certificate of No punishment / penalty inflicted on the official during last 5 years of his/her service in the Bank preceding his retirement and No Major penalty during his/her entire service in the Bank have to be produced by the candidate obtained from their ex-employer.

4. Cases of CBI or other law enforcement agencies should not have been contemplated / pending against the official.

5. The engaged faculty should execute a stamped undertaking and declaration of Fidelity and Secrecy before taking up the assignment.

6. The engaged Faculty will be given SIM card (data allotment) and monthly tariff of Rs.200+ tax under CUG from Head Office and they have to use their own mobile set. The expenditure incurred over and above the tariff permitted has to be borne by him only.

7. The engaged Faculty is not eligible for Halting Allowance.

8. The engaged faculty shall not be eligible for reimbursement of medical or any other benefits during the engagement period.

9. HRA or leased accommodation will not be paid.

10. The Retired officers will not exercise any financial powers during the period of engagement.

11. Incomplete application or application without requisite enclosures will not be entertained.
