Skills / Eligibility
1. Post Name: व्यक्तिगत सलाहकार – Block Technical Coordinator-Forward Linkage 2. Required Skills and अनुभव Qualifications: Postgraduate in Rural Development/Rural Management/social sciences/ MSW(Community Development) or UG (4 years course) in Agri Science, Forestry, and relevant fields. 3. अनुभव: a) 1-2 years of अनुभव of procurement and marketing of specific Agri commodity in large scale, अनुभव in managing agriculture commodity supply chain in companies engaged in agribusiness b) P&L handling अनुभव for an area / product line within an agri- commodity-focused corporate environment. c) अनुभव in procurement/marketing of agriculture commodities. d) अनुभव of setting up field level procurement centers e) Proven अनुभव of leading professional staff and builds their initiative and enables them to function as members of efficient and effective teams f) Demonstrable अनुभव of project management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmes as well as managing internal learning processes across virtual teams g) Managed a team of at least 5 field staff. 4. Languages Required: Fluency in English and Kannada– spoken, read and write for all official communication is essential. 5. Duration of The Work: The contract will be awarded for one year initially. Selection Procedure
1. Evaluation Method and criteria: Preliminary shortlisting would be done based on the following criteria:
a) Educational Qualification 30 marks.
b) Relevant अनुभव 40 marks.
c) Interview for 30 marks
2. Those who obtain a minimum 70% of total 70 marks (Educational Qualification & Relevant अनुभव) will be eligible to appear for the interview.
3. Interview for the shortlisted candidates would be either conducted face to face in Bangalore or by telephone/over skype.
4. The contract shall be awarded on the merit basis.
