Vacancy for 2 positions of Administrative-cum-Accounts Assistants in TISS field action project unit: Resource Centre for Interventions on Violence Against Women 1. Name of position: Administrative cum Accounts Assistants 2. No. of positions: 02 3. Remuneration: Aprox 20,000 - 25000 PM as per अनुभव 4. Essential requirements: i. At least a Bachelors Degree, with NGO/social sector/academic institution (higher education) अनुभव of at least 2 years, and in-depth knowledge of ERP systems (including Tally, or other PMS applications) and proficient in computer usage, fluency in written English for noting drafting & other official communication purposes; ii. Preference will be given to those with degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration, and to women; iii. Willing to travel occasionally and work beyond office setting with varied groups of individuals, and to work in team with programme & research personnel, train self and others in programme-based financial management. 5. Job Description : i. Manage & Oversee the daily Operations of the Accounts Department 6. Advertisement No: 01/TISS/Project/RCI-VAW
ii. Monitoring & analysing accounting data and produce Financial Statements or reports
iii. Payroll & Statutory related activities
iv. Audit related activities
v. ERP related activities
vi. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
vii. Keeping of accounts information confidential and secure them with random database backups
vii. All Administrative work including Training arrangements, Ticket booking for Domestic travel, Dispatch, Processing of appointments, Extension and No dues etc

टाटा समाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान भारत का एक प्रमुख सामाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान है। यह मुंबई के अन्दर देवनार में स्थित है। टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान 1936 में स्थापित किया गया था, तब इसे ‘सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल’ के नाम से जाना जाता था। भारत में सामाजिक कार्य का पहला स्कूल, टीआईएसएस शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से समाज कल्याण के उद्देश्य के साथ एक अग्रणी प्रयास था, जो कि सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट की एक विशेषता थी। 1944 मे सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल का नाम बदलकर टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान कर दिया गया। वर्ष 1964 में संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) भारत के द्वारा एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इस संसथान की चार शाखाएं हैं – मुम्बई, हैदराबाद, तुल्झापुर और गुवाहाटी। वर्ष 1936 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही यह संस्थान सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानव विकास, लोक नीति तथा अर्थनीति के क्षेत्र में भारत के अग्रणी संस्थानों में से एक रहा है।
