शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
(i) The candidate must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk) having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School/College/University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
(ii) The candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerkcum-Research Associate.
(iii) The candidate must have research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers, including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
80000/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): 20-30 Years.

Application Fee: Application/Test Fee of Rs.500/- plus bank charges, if applicable, through online mode only. Fee shall not be 3 accepted in any other form. No postal application shall be accepted. The fee shall be paid online through Payment Gateway provided by UCO Bank.

Selection Procedure: The selection process shall be conducted in three phases: Part I- Multiple Choice Based Questions, testing the candidates’ ability to understand and apply the law, and comprehension skills; Part II- Subjective Written Examination, covering writing and analytical skills; Part III- Interview by individual Judges. Details of the Pattern of Examination, Minimum Qualifying Standards, Terms and Conditions of contractual assignment are given in the “Scheme for Engaging Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates on Short-Term Contractual Assignment in the सर्वोच्च न्यायालय-April 2023” available on the website of the सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, i.e. www.sci.gov.in.

भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 124 से 147 तक में वर्णित नियम उच्चतम न्यायालय की संरचना और अधिकार क्षेत्रों की नींव हैं। उच्चतम न्यायालय सबसे उच्च अपीलीय अदालत है जो राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के उच्च न्यायालयों के फैसलों के खिलाफ अपील सुनता है। इसके अलावा, राज्यों के बीच के विवादों या मौलिक अधिकारों और मानव अधिकारों के गंभीर उल्लंघन से सम्बन्धित याचिकाओं को आमतौर पर उच्च्तम न्यायालय के समक्ष सीधे रखा जाता है। भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय का उद्घाटन 28 जनवरी 1950 को हुआ और उसके बाद से इसके द्वारा 24,000 से अधिक निर्णय दिए जा चुके हैं।
