शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
प्रबंधक (Boiler Operation):
(i) B.E./B.Tech. (full time) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Power Plant/Production/Instrumentation Engineering from Govt. recognized University/Institute.
(ii) Boiler Operation Engineer Certificate issued by Central/State Boiler Board.
(iii) Post Qualification अनुभव of at least 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre (after B.E./B.Tech.) in operation & maintenance of boiler and turbine in a Thermal Power Plant .

प्रबंधक (Projects):
(i) B.E./B.Tech. (full time) in Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil discipline from Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
(ii) Post Qualification अनुभव of at least 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre (after B.E./B.Tech.) in project Management/ Execution (infrastructure project) in any Public Sector Undertaking/ Government Organisation/ Public Limited Company.
(iii) Preference will be given to candidates having अनुभव in construction management and / or having certification in project management.

प्रबंधक (Automation):
(i) B.E./B.Tech. (full time) in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Control & Instrumentation / Electronics & Electrical / Computer Science / Information Technology discipline from Govt. recognized University/ Institution.
(ii) Post Qualification अनुभव of at least 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre (after B.E./B.Tech.) in a Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited company in Software/ Manufacturing/ Steel sector.
(iii) Candidates should have requisite exposure in any of the following areas:-
(a) Hardware Maintenance/ Programming of PLC/ DCS systems
(b) Machine learning/ Data Analytics
(c) IOT and Predictive Analysis
(d) Programming in Augmented reality/ Digital twin
(e) MATLAB/ OCTAVE programming
(f) Commissioning/ Maintenance of large hybrid networks.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 37 Years.

Selection Procedure

राउरकेला स्टील प्लांट (आरएसपी), राउरकेला, ओडिशा में भारत में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र में पहला एकीकृत इस्पात संयंत्र है। इसे 1960 के दशक में 1 मिलियन टन की स्थापित क्षमता के साथ पश्चिम जर्मनी के सहयोग से स्थापित किया गया था। यह भारतीय इस्पात प्राधिकरण द्वारा संचालित है।

जर्मन मेटलर्जिकल फ़र्में मेन्समैन, क्रुप, डेमाग, सीमेंस और ऑस्ट्रियन कंपनी वोस्टालपाइन ने दूसरों के बीच प्लांट को मशीनरी और कंसल्टेंसी प्रदान की। राउरकेला स्टील प्लांट एशिया में स्टील बनाने की एलडी (लिंज़-डोनाविट्ज़) प्रक्रिया का उपयोग करने वाला पहला स्टील प्लांट था। राउरकेला स्टील प्लांट में एक संबद्ध उर्वरक संयंत्र है जो अमोनिया फीडस्टॉक (इसके कोक ओवन प्लांट से) का उपयोग करके नाइट्रोजनयुक्त उर्वरकों का उत्पादन करता है। 3 फरवरी 1959 को, तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति राजेंद्र प्रसाद ने आरएसपी की पहली ब्लास्ट फर्नेस 'पार्वती' का उद्घाटन किया, जब कंपनी को हिंदुस्तान स्टील लिमिटेड (एचएसएल) के नाम से जाना जाता था। इसके बाद, आरएसपी (सेल) की एक इकाई बन गई।
