शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): MBBS
तेल एवं प्राकृतिक गैस निगम लिमिटेड (ओ एन जी सी) भर्ती Limited (ONGC), a “Maharatna” Public Sector Enterprise, and India’s flagship energy major engaged in Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas in India and abroad, intends to engage Field Medical Officer (FMO) on contract basis at its Dispensary in ONGC, Hazira Plant Surat on a monthly remuneration. The details of post, qualifications required and the remuneration to be paid is mentioned in Table A below.
1. The period of contract shall be from the date of engagement upto 30.06.2022. The job is purely on contract basis and does not carry any liability on the part of ONGC to grant regular appointment at any stage.

4. Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized University with Valid Registration Certificate.
5. Monthly Remuneration: Rs.1,05,000/-
6. Note:
i. The breakup of 10 marks for such higher qualification shall be considered as follows: a) Where a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (M.B.B.S.) is the minimum prescribed qualification, 5 marks shall be given to a Master’s degree in the relevant field (e.g. MD/MS). b) Further additional 5 marks shall be given to a Post Master’s qualification in the relevant field (e.g. M.Ch/ DM).
ii. The qualifications considered for granting additional marks shall need to be in line, for example an MBA in Hospital Administration shall not be considered as an inline qualifications where M.B.B.S. is the essential qualification.

Selection Procedure
1. Following weightages shall be assigned to different parameters in the selection process:-
a. Qualification 70 marks (60 marks for essential qualification & upto 10 marks for any relevant higher qualifications)
b. Interview 30 marks
c. Total 100 marks
2. Finalization of Merit List:
i. Eligible candidates who qualify in the interview shall be empanelled in the Merit List.
ii. Offer of engagement shall be issued to the candidates based on their relative rank in the Merit List prepared on the sum total of marks scored by the candidate in qualification and interview.
iii. In case of a tie in the total marks scored between two candidates, then the candidate who scores more marks in interview shall be considered senior. In case there too the marks are equal then the candidate who is older in age shall be considered senior for issue of offer of appointment.

2. Venue: ONGC KV – 3 ONGC Colony Ph-I Magdalla, Surat
3. Candidate reporting after 10.00 Hrs will not be entertained
4. Reporting Time: 09.00 hrs. to 10.00 hrs
5. Candidates will be required to appear for personal walk-in-interview, as per the above schedule
6. Candidates are requested to bring all original certificates/ documents at the time of walk-ininterview.
7. Candidates are requested to bring 2 recent colour passport size photograph
8. Candidates should bring any one of the Photo Identity, such as Voter ID/Aadhar/PAN/ Driving Licence
9. In case of more number of candidates attending Walk-in-interview they may be required to stay one day more on their own arrangement.
10. Validity of OBC (NCL) /PwD Certificate should be on the date of Walk-In-Interview.

तेल और प्राकृतिक गैस निगम लिमिटेड (ओएनजीसी)23 जून 1993 से प्रारंभ हुई एक भारतीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की पेट्रोलियम कंपनी है। इसे फॉर्च्यून ग्लोबल 500 द्वारा 335 वें स्थान पर रखा गया है। यह भारत मे कच्चे तेल के कुल उत्पादन मे 77% और गैस के उत्पादन मे 81% का योगदान करती है। यह सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की सबसे अधिक लाभ अर्जित करने वाली कंपनी है। इसे 14 अगस्त 1956 को एक आयोग के रूप में स्थापित किया गया था। इस कंपनी में भारत सरकार की कुल इक्विटी हिस्सेदारी 74.14% है।
ओएनजीसी कच्चे तेल के अन्वेषण और उत्पादन गतिविधियों में संलिप्त है। इसकी हाइड्रोकार्बन के अन्वेषण और उत्पादन गतिविधियों भारत के 26 तलछटी बेसिनों में चल रही हैं। यह भारत के कच्चे तेल की कुल आवश्यकता का लगभग 30% उत्पादन करती है। इसके स्वामित्व मे एक 11000 किलोमीटर लम्बी पाइपलाइन है जिसका परिचालन यह स्वंय करती है। मार्च 2007 तक यह मार्केट कैप के संदर्भ में यह भारत की सबसे बड़ी कंपनी थी।
